PC PUMP RANGE
STANDARD INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
These pumps are available with different materials as explained above with flange design (threaded connection in smaller pumps sizes). Available in both horizontal and vertical design.
HYGIENIC FOOD PUMP
These pumps are available in Stainless Steel construction with or without CIP port and various end connections e.g. SMS, IDF, JIS Clamp or any special requirement can also be considered. Internal and external surface finish are hallmark of these pumps in order to meet stringent requirement of food industry.
Available in both horizontal and vertical design. Barrel empty pump and systems are also available in hygienic design. Barrel empty pumps are available for both aseptic bag type packaging or screw cap bung hole type drum system.

HOPPER PUMP
Available in both industrial design and hygienic surface finish. These pumps performs some of the unbelievable application in form of thick, pasty fluids generally considered as non-flow able. These pumps are also available in special design for challenging applications.
VERTICAL PUMP
These pumps are mainly used for Oil & Gas KOD (Knock Out Drum) or other Low HDHSR NPSHR applications where pumping elements are directly immersed in liquid and drive remain in dry condition. Different mounting arrangements as per individual project requirement are possible.
These pumps are available in both industrial and hygienic design. Industrial vertical pumps have varied mounting options as per application and hygienic pumps are commonly available in standard barrel empty type design.

Barrel Empty Pump
These are high capacity Barrel Empty Pump for Barrel/Containers where wide opening is available for pump entry since pumping elements are directly immersed in liquid hence stator is encased in stainless steel casing for hygienic reason. These pumps are mainly for highly viscous/paste like products.
DOSING PUMP
These pumps are available for both process industry and food industry as per application demand. Repeatability, accuracy in discharge (>98%) and robust design makes PFS PC dosing pumps, one of the most reliable in chosen application.
